GABA Collection Return and Refund Policy

At GABA Collection, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.

3. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Process

Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Step 3: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
